Screen Printing Services
Plastisol Screen Printing
Plastisol ink is the most commonly used ink, it boasts a remarkable opacity, ease of use, and low cost relative to water based printing. Many colors are available straight out of the jar and precise mixing can be done to accommodate Pantone matches. When cured properly, a high-quality plastisol print will last the life of the garment.
Need something vibrant and eye-catching? Plastisol ink will give your prints that extra oomph.
*Plastisol prints can be ran through a heat press after curing, this mattes down the fibers of the fabric even more leaving behind a very smooth and desirable finish to the print.
Water-Based Screen Printing
Water-based is an up-and-coming ink in the screen printing world. Water-based ink lays down a thin, soft, flexible layer of ink on the garment. Water-based ink provides a softer feel and is widely considered better for the environment.
High-Quality Garments
Unless otherwise specified I prefer to use Bella+Canvas 3001c. Its 100% combed & ring-spun cotton shirt. I always choose them out of my drawer, because the fit is great, the fabric is thin yet strong and very soft.
